It really doesn't matter what season we're in--rain or shine, sun or snow, we're always down for a bit of Stone Cold Fox. There's just something about their stuff that always feels totally luxurious and splurge-worthy--they're the kind of things you just KNOW you'll keep in your closet forever. Their vintage-inspired designs are made locally in Southern California, and each time a new SCF shipment hits our stores, we find ourselves fawning over the sand-washed silks and exquisite laces.
Their Summer '16 collection is no exception, and includes reappearances from old favorites like the cult classic Bonita dress, as well as a summer apropos version of the Franklin and a never-before-seen floral print we just can't get enough of. Try as we might, words just won't do this collection justice; so take a peek for yourself.
The Bonita is BACK (insert two hands WAY up emoji here)! Ever since Shay Mitchell wore it in her feature on The Coveteur there have been many, many imitations--but there's only one Bonita. We've got it this season in black and white, and both are made from swingy silk and trimmed in drippy floral lace. The luxe fabrication makes it perfect for wearing to special occasions, but we especially love it with a pair of black ankle boots and a cool choker for a more casual vibe.
Feeling some '90s-inspired floral? Stone Cold Fox is serving it up, in the form of their Desire and Mariposa dresses in their brand new Lolita print. The Desire has long sleeves, a deep V and tie-front, while the Mariposa feels perfectly Kate Moss-esque in a slip silhouette. Two totally different dresses, but both in the sweetest floral print featuring bright red floral on a crisp white background.
Remember the Franklin? If not, allow us to refresh your memory: a plunging neckline with lace-up detailing, brass hardware and floaty flared sleeves. A version of this dress hit our site last fall, and sold out insanely fast. Now it's back, and this time in luxe white silk that's so perfect for all your summer engagements.
