Return Policy


Not obsessed?  We want you to be happy with your purchase. Web orders are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: SALE, discounted items, jewelry, panties, and any other items marked as "Final Sale."

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions: orders@shopvandevort.com

U.S. Hassle-Free Returns

  1. Start your return by clicking here. (SALE ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE)
  2. Once you have found your order, click the "Return This Order" button
  3. Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
  4. Choose a return for online store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for online store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method will require a SmartLabel fee which will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable
  5. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  6. Drop off at your nearest USPS location.

Refunds and Processing

You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Van De Vort.

  • Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
