In Case You Missed It: Week Recap
How is it Saturday already?! However we got here, we're not complaining...
Another week has flown by, and we know how busy our VDV babes are during the week...so we have compiled everything on the blog from the week to help you babes out to stay current on your VDV news!
On Monday, we discussed blue mascara and why you need it NOW! We couldn't be more into this look...it's very 2015. Blue mascara brightens your eye instantly, making you look awake, alert, and very à la moment. We suggest wearing it with very minimal makeup & maybe a light bronzer. Check out the post to hear how else we'd wear it!
Tuesday was of course our Travel Tuesday post! This week with everything going on, we decided to have a little stay-cation close to home. We're total North County beach babes...so for a little change of pace, we booked a hotel Downtown and had some fun in our own city. We packed some pretty cute pieces, too. We know how to dress in our Southern California home....and we have some tips to make it a little more fun & funky.
On Wednesday we were feeling creative...so we dedicated a blog post to bedroom make-overs! We dish out serious inspiration and explain why we're in love with everything. From clean white walls, to new ways to display your favorite coffee table books, to new lighting tricks...you guys seriously have to check it out. Get ready to spend your weekend at The Home Depot.
This Thursday was all about celebrating the launch of our newest lookbook "Putt Putt in Paradise". We're so stoked to introduce the latest and greatest For Love & Lemons Spring 2015 has to offer. The second we saw the new pieces, we automatically thought about tropical, funky, and fun destinations...so naturally we decided on shooting in a vintage-inspired mini-golf center. We're in love with how it turned out and can't wait to style these pieces on all of our fav VDV babes.
On Friday, we delivered our VDV babes a brand recommendation to try this weekend. Obviously, it's our new For Love & Lemons Spring 2015 collection!! We style a Saturday in the sun look, and also a Sunday brunch look...seriously, the new shipment of FLL has you COVERED for any time or any occasion. The second we saw these latest looks we couldn't help but styling them in a ton of different ways. We also couldn't help picturing them out in the sun drinking margaritas.
