One Paseo's Secret Sauce?

We've had lots of firsts since kicking off our Après Shop series where the VDV team explores our One Paseo neighbors. And topping that list is drinking out of a Spam can. Talk about toast of the town! Leave it to Chef Michael Mina and lifestyle guru Ayesha Curry to serve its famous house Mai Tai in a repurposed Spam can. We didn't throw any shakas but we did wash down some legit BBQ ribs, a juicy "Sinaloan" Mary's Chicken and a memorable Truffle Caesar. 

Inspired by Curry's and Mina's travels, International Smoke explores endless approaches to all things fire, grilling, and smoke. If you want to hide out while finger-licking, we recommend the moody dining room with dark ceilings and brass features. Outside, the leafy patio is ideal for watching the world go by. Oh, and the secret sauce? It's the Thai red curry butter on the cornbread.
