Fun Workout Spots in San Diego

Hey babes!

Summer bodies are made in the winter, so here are some fun places to get your body moving. We love a good workout that motivates us to stay active!

1. Sparkcycle - La Jolla

Sparkcycle is a spin class with fun music to boost your mood and get you working hard. We love a good class with good music! (Bonus: They have a new app that makes it super easy to book your classes and stay up to date)

2. Belle and Barre - Pacific Beach/Hillcrest

Belle and Barre is a full-body workout for 60 minutes. It's heated and includes cardio, weights, and incorporates ballet to keep your heart rate up and keep your body moving. If you're looking for something new to try out, this might be the place for you!

4. Vibeflow Yoga - One Paseo

If you're looking for a place to do yoga this is something new and fun to try out! Vibeflow offers 50-minute classes with body vibration mats and headphones to listen to the music and instructor, creating a more one-on-one practice. This helps block out the sounds around you and help you focus more on your body. This a unique yoga experience that you definitely don't want to miss out on!

5. BODYROK - Encinitas/Del mar

This pilates-inspired class is 40 minutes and offers a full-body workout on their very own BODYROK Reformers. These classes include exercises like planks and lunges to boost your energy and metabolism while sculpting your body. Sweat it out with a curated playlist playing in the background getting you motivated!

Whether it's a class, being outdoors or just at home it's always a good idea to get up and be active each day. Grab some girlfriends and make the best out of keeping your body healthy. Cheers to a great start to 2020!
