How to Spend a Sunday in San Diego

Hi babes!
Ever find yourself wondering what to do with your precious Sunday? While everyone has a different idea of what they might consider a “perfect Sunday”, we wanted to share some of our favorite activities to end the weekend and beat the Sunday Scaries in San Diego.

Oceanfront yoga: Looking for a refreshing way to start the day? Join other yogis in a vinyasa flow class- overlooking the ocean! Yoga is held every Sunday at 11am at Sunset Cliffs (1253 Sunset Cliffs Boulevard). Bring a mat and towel, and get ready for a breathtaking mind-body workout that will leave you energized for the rest of the day.

Brunch with your besties: Brunch is hands-down one of the best Sunday rituals. Is there a better way to debrief the weekend with friends than over a mimosa flight and some type of exquisite toast? Don’t think so! If you’re looking for somewhere to go, we suggest Madison on Park (University Heights) or Second Nature (Pacific Beach).

Visit a local farmers market (La Jolla, Hillcrest, Little Italy): With year-round sunshine and farm-fresh produce, San Diego is home to some of the most amazing farmers markets! Shopping at a local farmers market is a great way to support local businesses. You can find so many in season high-quality fruits and veggies, nut butters, and other products like coconut yogurt and kefir. Pro tip: bring a friend and buy groceries for dinner- then cook a yummy meal together later!

We hope you can enjoy some of our favorite Sunday activities!
Cheers to the weekend!
xoxo,
