Sweat it Out

Hey vdv babes! It's important to get a daily sweat sesh in a couple times a week. We know that if I don't get a good sweat in, we can't start our day right. We've included some of our favorite places to go and outfits to wear for your next workout! 


This is the perfect outfit for any of these workout classes! The Year of Ours Rib Street Legging is one of the most comfortable pair of leggings ever! We love the high waist and ribbed material. Pair it with the Year of Ours Kerry Bra and you're set to go. We love pairing our workout outfits with a simple tee, or if you want to add a little spice, throw on a graphic tee such as this Tom Petty Damn The Torpedo's Hilo Vneck. For those chillier mornings and evenings, grab the Heartache Moto leather jacket  for the right amount of coverage to keep those muscles warm pre and post workout!

To take this look to the ultimate athleisure level, wear the Vagabond Baseball Cap, the Quay Don't Look at Me sunnies and the Dolce Vita Cato sandals. Post workout don't forget to cleanse! Use this French Girl Neroli Cleansing Wash to wash off all that sweat.

We are obsessing over these Free People Surya Leggings that come in grey and black! They are the perfect cross between leggings and joggers and they are the most comfortable thing we've ever worn. These Free People Catalina Thermal's in Ivory and Grey will never go out of style and will forever be a favorite of ours. Style it with the Vagabond Baseball Cap and don't forget a water bottle because it is always so important to hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

CorePower Yoga:

There's nothing like starting your day with a good and mindful sweat at Corepower! All of the classes they offer are amazing, but if you're looking for something with a higher intensity, try out their yoga sculpt class. 


We get what the hype is all about! Be prepared to get addicted and never look back! Truly an experience, you'll become part of the SoulCycle cult and family. You have to experience the "cardio party" for yourself, because trust us, it truly is a party. 

Barry's Bootcamp:

Talk about a real-life bootcamp. You may ask yourself why would you ever put yourself through a bootcamp. But Barry's is unique in the fact that you push your body and will really see how strong you are. You'll leave Barry's feeling like a new woman!


Abs on fire! Pilates is all about getting those slow twitch muscle fibers. All pilates methods are amazing, but we love the Lagree method. It challenges your mind and body. You'll work muscles you never knew you even had! 

While all of these workout classes are amazing, we are so thankful to live in such a beautiful place where everywhere can be a workout spot! Whether it be hiking, biking, or even running, don't forget to utilize the outdoors as well. Until next time!
