Our All-Time Favorite Trends Of 2015
Sure, we've yet to fulfill that 2015 resolution of hitting the gym on the daily (whoops), but when it comes checking off the big trends of this past year, we're feeling totally satisfied. From a major '70s resurgence, pink hair everywhere, and (finally) some festival fashion that feels fresh, we've loved just about everything that 2015 has brought in terms of style. And to be totally honest, we aren't quite ready to let go. So today, we've decided to recap 2015 with some of the best looks we've seen this year on our #VDVBabes. While some of these items may no longer be available in-store or online, we can definitely promise to continue bringing the heat in 2016 with all of our new inventory. Keep your eye on the site, our Instagram, and email newsletter so you can be the first to know when new arrivals drop, and more importantly, be the first to rock it. #Flawless. Or should we say, #Lawless? Either way, Blogger and Suja Juice co-founder Annie Lawless looks damn good in our Vagabond Lace-Up Bodysuit and all-black ensemble. San Diego-based blogger Erica of Fashion Lush gives our For Love and Lemons Vika Crop Top a more casual vibe by layering it under a corduroy overall dress and teaming it up with high top Chucks. Sometimes more is more, as demonstrated here by @fkbaxx. A dramatic For Love and Lemons Lace Crop paired with our best selling Novella Royale Janis Bells make for a mixed prints look that's on point. Leave it to model Alden Steimle to leave us wondering, "Why didn't I think of that?" She takes a pair of classic cutoffs and a gauzy, white top to new heights with our favorite statement shoe--the Matisse Nugent Boots. The key to looking seriously cute in a For Love and Lemons crop top? Keep things simple with heavily distressed denim cutoffs and white sneakers, just like @abiteoflife does here. Lauryn Evarts of The Skinny Confidential looks like a serious babe in a Stone Cold Fox lace dress, Janessa Leone hat, and bold red lip. Apparently Locale Magazine agrees, as this outfit made the cut for the cover of their September issue. When model babe Andrea Stickel made a trip to Bali earlier this year (um, lucky!), she made sure to pack this Vagabond Sun Daze Crochet Tank to layer over a cobalt blue bikini while poolside. BTW, it's on major sale if you wanna snag it for yourself! Fall 2015 had everyone lusting for a pair of suede over-the-knee boots, and we're loving how blogger Payton Sartain of Hustle and Halycon wore hers with our best-selling Vagabond Boyfriend Plaid. Will we ever get over pink hair? Probably not. We love how @missalissa styled her One Teaspoon Phoenix Killers (on sale!) with a pair of classic Adidas sneakers, black muscle tank, and a hot pink blunt bob. Blogger Francesca of Frank Vinyl looks pretty in pink in this Spell and The Gypsy Collective Island Boho Playsuit, but keeps it from feeling too precious with a pair of black ankle booties, a statement belt and a wool felt fedora.
