Our 7am wake-up call comes courtesy of Parakeet Café with its dreamy Iced Mint Latte made creamier with oat milk. Parakeet's third location after La Jolla and Little Italy, this sprawling indoor-outdoor café is known for its health conscious bites, GF baked goods and pretty little selfie takers- framed by the parakeet wallpaper and neon sign. Breakfasts are hearty with avocado toasts, matcha waffles and the best lattes in town.
