Hiring Interns

Hey babes! We hope you've been enjoying the New Year so far! 2019 is bringing lots of new changes to VDV, one of which is the size of our team! We are now accepting applications for Spring Interns! :) If this is something that you're interested in, please read all of the below descriptions and decide which internship position you would like to apply for. Please send all resume's to careers@shopvandevort.com and in the subject line include which specific internship you're interested in. 

Youtube Intern

• Help grow VDV YouTube Channel
• Plan a monthly calendar of YouTube content
• Help to create one piece of video content per week and post on YouTube
• Create lists of popular fashion YouTubers
• Collaborate with marketing team to identify trends and opportunities

Web Intern

• Assist and learn about e-commerce website functions
• Assist and learn about LightRoom and PhotoShop
• Assist and learn about Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Help with any tasks needed during photoshoots
• Help identify opportunities to increase online visitors 
• Help Digital Marketing Coordinator brainstorm, create, and deliver web campaigns

Social Intern

• Help create original content for social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Blog)
• Create and help upkeep lists of Instagram influencers 
• Help with upkeep of @vdv_thelabel @vagabonfthelabel @etoilecollection Instagrams
• Assist with Instagram engagements
• Help with upkeep of Facebook page - make sure all Instagram posts are being posted to Facebook
• Help brainstorm ideas for Facebook ads
• Assist Digital Marketing Coordinator with Instagram giveaways with different brands
• Generally assisting and supporting the marketing team with various tasks

Blog Intern

• Assist and learn about maintenance of VDV Blog
• Maintain a monthly blog calendar
• Research and write blogs on a weekly basis (2-3x)
• Curate Original Content for blogs and posts
• Attend events and later write event recap blogs
• Reach out to influencers to coordinate guest blogs
• Help VDV become a go-to hub for all things fashion, lifestyle, food, wellness, etc.
