New Year, New Routine
Happy New Year babes!! We hope 2018 went out with a bang, and you're ready to get back on track in 2019. With the start of the new year, people always make commitments that do not stick... but not this year! We are determined to become the best version of ourselves this year! In 2019, we want to stick to a clean and easy skin care routine, as well as a healthy eating plan. What better way to start the new year than with a new scent! These oil roll on's are so great because they're compact enough to toss in your purse for easy reapplying! This scent has notes of jasmine, tropical tuberose, white lily and sandalwood; it's one of our favs!

We don't know about you, but we have been OBSESSED with overnight oats lately! It's such a healthy and simple sweet treat that you can eat while on the go. All you have to do is mix a few easy ingredients together, like oats, maple syrup, coconut milk, etc. Seal up the container (we like to use mason jars) and all you have to do in the morning is add some toppings!

Chicken is an easy dinner staple in our kitchen! So, it's important for us to keep things interesting and mix up varying recipes. We love this simple healthy dish that only contains: chicken, flour, lemon pepper, asparagus, and lemons! So easy and so delish!!
