Sunday Yoga at the Beach:

Level: Easy

Doesn’t this sound like a great way to end the week! Wind down and get your stretch on by doing yoga at the beach every Sunday at 10 a.m. located at Calumet Park in Bird Rock, La Jolla. You can enjoy beautiful views, ocean breezes, and a sense of calm to end the week.

Yoga Outfit:

Since there might be a little bit of a breeze, we recommend that you wear the Racer Leggings to keep you warm. Pair it with the Racer V Bra to finish off this super cute matching work out set. Don’t worry about shoes because you’ll be busy working on your yoga poses on a mat! To block out some sun we suggest you wear the Brixton Monroe Visor. You'll feel comfy and cute in this outfit!

Hiking Cowles Mountain in Mission Trails:

Level: Moderate

If you love to hike we suggest going to Cowles Mountain. Fun fact: it’s the highest peak in San Diego! This is a fun hike to do with friends or family because it’s not too difficult and has some pretty views of San Diego at the top!

Hiking Outfit:

If you’re loving the neon trend right now then we have the perfect hiking outfit for you! Start with the Prajna Neon Short and pair it with the Seamless Roxy Tank! Finish off the look with the Bella Sunnies and your favorite hiking shoes. You can definitely snap some cool photos at the top in this outfit!

Paddle Boarding in Mission Bay:

Level: Difficult

Head over to Mission Bay Aquatic Center on a sunny San Diego day and do some paddle boarding for a fun and challenging work out! Test your balance while soaking up the rays and beautiful views of Mission Bay with family or friends. You can easily rent gear and have a super fun workout!

Paddle Boarding Outfit:

Slip on a fun two-piece bikini for this workout to stay cool and swim after! We recommend you wear the Amor High Hip bottoms with the Besos Underwire top for a super cute and fun look! Pair the red Rizzo sunglasses with it to finish off the outfit. You’ll definitely turn heads while doing this workout!
